សិក្ខាសាលាស្តីពី «ការផ្តល់លិខិតអនុញ្ញាតសាងសង់នៅកម្ពុជា»

H.E Lao Tep Seiha, Secretary of State, presided over a seminar on “Construction Permitting Procedures in Cambodia.” The seminar was attended by H.E Leang Monirith, H.E Roth Vireak, and H.E Hang Sothsamphea, Secretaries of State.

The seminar was also attended by Architect Nom Sotheary, representing the Architects Association of Khmer (AAK), who joined the delegation alongside World Bank representatives Mr. Tommaso Rooms and Ms. Komal Mohindra.

The seminar focused on enhancing understanding of the laws, regulations, procedures, and requirements related to construction permits in Cambodia. It also provided an opportunity to discuss practical challenges and explore solutions to improve the efficiency, transparency, and clarity of the construction permit process.

Furthermore, the seminar served as a platform to strengthen collaboration among the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction (MLMUPC), the Board of Architects of Cambodia (BAC), the private sector, the Architects Association of Khmer (AAK), various companies, and the World Bank. It also aimed to enhance the capacity of professionals and public officials, contributing to a shared vision of “Building a Prosperous Cambodia.”
